Solid Gear sizes may differ between different products, so each shoe has an individual size guide. You can find this size guide on the relevant product page. The size guide is located in the tab called Documents, beneath the Add to shopping list-button.

Which safety class should I choose?

To get the best possible protection for your feet, it is important to choose shoes in the correct safety class. The safety class system will help you find safety shoes with features such as water-resistance, antistatic properties, penetration-resistant soles and protective toecaps. How do I select the right safety shoe for my work environment?

If you are unsure of which of our safety shoes would suit you best, please have a look at our shoe selector guide. It will give you recommendations based on your needs and preferences.

Are my shoes waterproof?

The safety class of your shoe indicates the level of water resistance. Shoes in the S2, S3, S4 and S5 safety classes have water-resistant uppers. Shoes in the S3 class marked WR are fully water-resistant.

How do I replace my Boa Fit System kit?

When you receive a new Boa Fit System kit, a step-by-step instruction manual will be enclosed. You can also find instructions and videos at Boafit.com.

Where can I see the price of a product?

Our website shows the recommended retail price (RRP) for all our products. The retailers selling our products may set different prices.

Do you make safety shoes for women?

All our safety shoes are unisex. However, some of our shoes have a slightly narrower last that tend to be a good fit for female feet. Have a look at our guide to women's safety shoes, where you will find our top five recommendations for shoes for women.

Do you have safety shoes for wide feet?

Shoes in our Ahtletic series generally have a somewhat narrower last. If you are looking for safety shoes for wide feet, our Trekking or Tough shoes can be a good choice. Unfortunately, we are not able to recommend specific shoes for wide feet here.

How do I reclaim the Boa Fit System?

Please contact us to receive a claims form. Complete the form and send to us. We will then replace your Boa Fit System free of charge.

The delivery time is 1-3 working days.
